Candidate Requirements

  1. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:
  2. Educational Qualifications
  3. A degree in Psychology equivalent to QQI Level 8 (Bachelorโ€™s level).
  4. A postgraduate qualification in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or recognized by the Irish Department of Health.


Professional Experience

Minimum of 60 days supervised clinical placement as part of postgraduate training OR equivalent post-qualification supervised clinical experience.

Prior experience working with patients with disabilities (child and adult), autism, or in clinical/educational psychology settings is highly desirable.


Preferred Nationalities

South Africans and candidates from English-first language countries are encouraged to apply.
