Programme Options
1. Company Setup: According to the applicant’s needs and business activity in the UAE, Passport Legacy’s experienced consultant recommends the applicable business license to the applicant. A 3-year residence visa can be expected with total costs starting at AED 36,500 (USD 10,000).
2. Property Investment: To obtain a 2-year investment visa, applicants must invest in real estate worth at least AED 750,000 (USD 204,500). For the UAE’s 10-year Golden Visa, a real estate investment of at least AED 2,000,000 (USD 545,000) is required. Investors must maintain the property investment to keep their visa valid, and both visas can be renewed.
